If you're 21 or older, no medical cannabis card is required to get started. Patients aged 18–20 will need a current New Mexico medical cannabis card. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian can email hello@2ndstarnm.org and we'll help on a case-by-case basis.

Once your request is reviewed, we coordinate a convenient, discreet handoff at Caviland, our home dispensary in Albuquerque, or any partner dispensary. It's a very simple transaction, so please let us know if your preferred dispensary is not yet participating, and we will reach out to them directly.
