2nd Star exists to close that gap. We are a New Mexico community project, founded by a cancer survivor who lived it firsthand. We provide Medical Grade RSO — free of charge — to the patients who need it, and we pair every supply with the education to use it safely and with confidence. Free medical cannabis, given with dignity, to anyone in our state who qualifies.
